I loved how clean everything was! the views were amazing and i could see everything, it was wonderful. the breakfast choices were amazing! there was so much variety. the buggy service was also great. Hopping on and off was easy and convenient.
The pool was really crowded. The music was way too loud for my taste. I constantly had to queue. i wish the lifeguards were a bit more relaxed. i was like i couldn't even breathe without getting a whistle blown at me.

Acceptable stay with a few issues
wide arraycrowded poolslow buggy
The breakfast offered a wide array of choices, which I found to be quite satisfactory.
The pool area was very crowded. It seemed like people were packed in too tightly. I also found the buggy service to be quite slow. It often took over 30 minutes for a buggy to arrive, and this wait was quite frustrating.

The breakfast buffet provided many choices. The location was great. It offered convenient access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. It was only a short walk from the hotel beach lobby. The private entrance made the access quick.
The executive check-in had only one person available. This made the process slower. The beach bag felt low quality. It was a plain white tote bag, not what I expected.

the unlimited access to wild wadi water park was acceptable (it's literally next door).
the queues were ridiculous, it took ages to get into wild wadi, even with few people. the club lounge was overrun, and it reminded me of a scramble to get a table. staff seemed too busy to clear dirty tables in a timely manner, and drink orders took ages.

i totally loved my time here. the staff are super friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is super clean, and the facilities are great. (i'm already planning my next visit!). wild wadi access was a huge bonus.
this meant a slight wait sometimes, but nothing major.
